As the summer continues to heat up, we know it's getting harder and harder to find
the motivation to get out there and pound some pavement.
Why not make your run in the heat more enjoyable?
Join us this Wednesday at 6:00PM for our Bendel group run!
We will meet at the grassy lot on Marguerite near the Bendel Road entrance. If you need
help with directions, feel free to call the store for more information.
Runners of all speeds are welcome! The loop is about 1.7 miles and can be done as many times as you wish. You can even throw in some hill repeats! So come out this week to meet some great people and make your summer run more enjoyable.
