Cajun Cup Training Plan - Week 9

MONDAY - Walk or XT
TUESDAY - Run 30 - 45 minutes
WEDNESDAY - Walk or XT
THURSDAY - Run 30 - 45 minutes
FRIDAY - Walk or XT
SATURDAY - off
SUNDAY - 6 miles

Your long run is the only change this week.  Notice, you are almost up to your goal distance of 6.2 miles for race day.  The next three weeks' long runs will be getting you more comfortable covering the distance, so that on race day you will have a solid base, and the confidence you need to complete the distance with (hopefully) a smile on your face!
