Cajun Road Runners Club Group Run
Fresh Market parking lot, River Ranch
These group runs are continuing to grow, with a large number of runners of all speeds attending. Regardless of your pace, there should be someone there for you to run with. There are usually 7 minute/milers all the way to 11 min+/milers. This is a great way to visit with local runners and get your workout done
at the same time! Join us!

What are the typical mileages?
John - Yep, just show up and run. We usually break into two groups, one doing 4.5 miles, and one doing 6.2, but with the route we do, any distance is possible, just turn around a little sooner. We meet at the corner of the Fresh Market parking lot, newr Kaliste Saloom. You'll see us all gathered there. Hope you can make it!
