Hydration pack vs handheld

If you have ever wondered whether it is better to use handhelds or a hydration pack for your long runs, here's an article that studied the effects of both.

I use an handheld for all of my shorter runs.  I have gotten spoiled to this.  I don't
like to be thirsty.  I also have used a handheld for both of my 50 milers,
and for my 100 miler, where aid stations were close enough for refills.
I save my Camelbak for long trail runs, or races where I may need to carry more
stuff: batteries, flashlight, headlamp, jacket, etc.

We will have both options in the store for you to try.  We will carry Amphipod (pictured here), and Camelbak.  Down the line, we may add other brands, if the demand is there.  Any questions, shoot me an email.  Edie
